"Richard was very dedicated and determined to get us the house we wanted, that had the right features and price. He leveraged his years of knowledge and negotiation skills to get us the right house. It was a challenging sale but keep us informed the whole way and went out of his way to make multiple trips to the house, most over 1 hr to get the right people access to the house we were buying. I would highly recommend Richard if you are looking for a trusted, experienced and dedicated realtor."
